Welcome To The Practice

The website provides many online facilities, including appointment booking and cancellation, registration, prescription ordering, and much more. It also contains a vast range of health information and resources, along with practical information on visiting the surgery. We hope you find the website useful and informative.

Disabled Access

At Norbury Health Centre there are reserved car spaces for the disabled in the car parking area. There is wheelchair access to the building; provision of lifts to access the first and second floors. There is a disabled patient WC. Reception staff will be more than happy to make your visit to the surgery comfortable.

EMIS Patient Access

The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.

To use EMIS Patient Access you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.

    Breast Screening Programme

    Your local NHS Breast screening team are currently working in this area inviting women aged 50-70 for routine breast screening. A research trial is also being undertaken to assess the benefits and risks of screening women slightly younger then 50 and older than 70. About half the women aged 47-49 and half aged 71-73 are being sent letters inviting them for screening. More information about the trial and screening are available at www.cancerscreening.nhs.uk.
