Croydon GP Collaborative

The Croydon GP Collaborative (CGPC) is a forward thinking and passionate independent healthcare provider. CGPC was created by 55 Croydon GP Practices and covers approximately 392,000 patients.

The Croydon GP Collaborative is an organisation that was formed in response to the growing need for change and collaborative working within General Practice. CGPC aims to become a positive force within the local health and social care system that can transform the way services are provided to the local population.

The services CGPC provide are commissioned by NHS Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group and Public Health.

Online Services

We know our phone lines are often very busy. When possible, why don't you book an appointment online? Just visit our appointments area, it might save you some waiting time.

We also have an active Patient Participation Group. They help us to offer patients the right services. If you are interested in joining, just let us know.

Meet our Team

We have a full team of Doctors, Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants for your medical needs. They are ably assisted by our Practice Team including Receptionists, Care Co-Ordinators, Administrators and Prescribing Clerks.

Practice Information

Parking

There is unrestricted parking around the health centre.

Disabled Access

At Norbury Health Centre there are reserved car spaces for the disabled in the car parking area. There is wheelchair access to the building; provision of lifts to access the first and second floors. There is a disabled patient WC. Reception staff will be more than happy to make your visit to the surgery comfortable.

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across England. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
